1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QuietCall ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuietCall provides a silent order notification system for takeaway restaurants, allowing customers to receive browser-based push notifications when their orders are ready for collection.
3. User Accounts
Restaurant accounts require valid business information and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription packages are billed quarterly in advance. Once-off packages are valid for 180 days from purchase. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
QuietCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
